Terms of Service

These terms describe the private use of Built Secret Analytics (“the app”), operated by Studio Hana. They cover the app only; the Studio Hana website has its own Terms of Service.
1. What the app is
The app is a private, read-only analytics tool for the Built Secret YouTube channel. It reads the channel’s own statistics through YouTube API Services and produces internal reports for the channel owner.
2. Private use only
The app is used by the channel owner and the operator. It has no sign-up, no public accounts and no paid plans, and it is not offered to the public or to other creators. Nothing on these pages is an offer of a service, a subscription or a fee.
3. YouTube Terms of Service
The app uses YouTube API Services. Users of this application are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). Use of the app must also comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service (opens in a new tab).
4. Your Google account and permissions
Access is granted by the channel owner on Google’s consent screen and can be revoked at any time on the Google Account permissions page (opens in a new tab). How the app handles the data it receives is described in its Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
The app may be used only to analyze the channel owner’s own channel. Its reports and the data behind them may not be sold, republished or used for advertising, and the app may not be used to access another person’s channel without that channel owner’s authorization.
6. Availability and changes
The app is an internal tool. It may change, pause or stop at any time, and statistics may be incomplete or delayed when Google or other platforms limit or interrupt access.
7. No warranty
The app and its reports are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Reports describe past performance and are not a guarantee of future results. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for decisions made from the reports.
8. Ownership
The name Built Secret Analytics and the app’s source code and reports belong to the operator. YouTube and Google data and trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will update the effective date above.
